Jason Christodoulou was born in Thessaloniki in 1997. He studied at the Department of Physical Education and Sports Science and graduated in 2020, specializing in "Exercise for Older Adults". In 2022, he also completed his postgraduate studies in the program "Exercise and Health”.
From a young age, he was involved in sports, specifically swimming, as a member of the YMCA of Thessaloniki (X.A.N.TH.), where he reached a competitive level. At the same time, he worked as a swimming coach for preschool- and school- aged children. He is now a CrossFit athlete and takes part in competitions.
He has attended educational seminars and obtained certifications, among others, in the following fields: "Pilates Reformer/Cadillac" and “Functional Training ".
He believes that exercise is for everyone, regardless of age, and that every bad habit can be replaced by a better one-one that brings out the best version of oneself.
