Chara Mavridou was born in Thessaloniki in 2003. She graduated from the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science at Democritus University of Thrace, specializing in Sports Tourism and Recreation.
In parallel, she trained at a private school, earning certifications in Pilates (Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Props – Level 1 to 3) and Yoga (Level 1), further developing her knowledge in physical activity and wellness.
She is currently pursuing a master’s degree at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, focusing on Sports, Recreation, and Sports Tourism Management.
Her relationship with exercise began at a very young age, participating in sports such as volleyball and various forms of dance (classical ballet, contemporary, and traditional), where she earned numerous certificates.
Its main goal is to promote physical activity among all people, regardless of age, physical condition, or needs, believing that physical activity is an integral part of human life.
