Georgia Zika was born and raised in Athens. From a young age, she trained in artistic
gymnastics, participating in festivals and competitions. In 2023, she graduated from the
Department of Physical Education and Sport Science at the National and Kapodistrian
University of Athens, specializing in artistic gymnastics, and as part of her undergraduate
studies, she completed an Erasmus exchange program at the University of Almería in Spain.
She holds Pilates certifications (mat, reformer, cadillac, prenatal, mini props) from MOOV
Academy, as well as training in first aid and nutrition. She actively volunteers in events such
as EUSA Hungary 2024, Dublin Dance Festival, and Athens Authentic Marathon.
She worked as an artistic gymnastics coach until 2023. She then got international experience
through a practical placement at University College Dublin in Ireland, conducting laboratory
fitness assessments and data analysis for athletes and the general population. In Eindhoven,
Netherlands, she worked as a fitness professional, designing personalized and group
programs for strength training, circuit training, flexibility, and injury rehabilitation.
With a passion for flawless technique and full-body movement, her main goal is to make
exercise a way of life.
