Kyriaki Leimoni was born in Volos in 2003 and is a graduate of the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, with a specialization in Special Education / Therapeutic Exercise.
She is currently pursuing her postgraduate studies at the Democritus University of Thrace in Komotini, in the program “Functional Management of Injuries in Athletes and Exercisers.”
She has attended private seminars in the Pilates method (pre-Pilates, Pilates mat, reformer, cadillac, tower, wunda chair, ladder barrel, pre- & post-natal, rehab) as well as Yoga (200h).
In 2023, she completed first aid and basic life support training, including CPR, use of an automated external defibrillator (AED), choking management, recovery position, drowning response, and epileptic seizure management.
She believes in the power of exercise to connect a person with their body and soul and considers it an act of self-care.
